The tech showed up on time, got right to it, and didn’t waste a bunch of time talking in circles. He checked the airflow, coils, fan, and thermostat, then explained the issue in plain English. Turned out the evaporator fan was failing and there was buildup blocking proper cooling. He handled the Refrigerator repair the same visit, cleaned things out, replaced the bad part, and made sure the temperature was holding before leaving. That part mattered to me. No guessing, no “wait and see” stuff. What I liked most was how normal the whole visit felt. Professional, but not stiff. Price was fair for the work, especially compared to replacing a refrigerator way too soon. A lot of food probably would’ve been lost if I waited much longer.
